Like many entrepreneurs, there’s been periods of time in the lifespan of my business when I’ve done things I thought I ‘should’ do in order to propel myself towards success. I’ve applied the one-size-fits-all formulas, followed the ‘norms’ and implemented the ‘fool proof’ strategies handed to me by the ‘experts’.

Needless to say, when I tried to fit into these rigid boxes, success didn’t come knocking at my door and I was left feeling burnt out, frustrated and severely out of alignment.

What I’ve since learned is that I wasn’t doing anything wrong or implementing anything incorrectly, and that there was nothing wrong with me (that old self worth chestnut I know so many women can relate to!) In fact, the only thing wrong was that I was trying to fit a round peg (me!) into a square hole!

Because every woman’s energy is changeable and flowing, no one solution/formula/template/strategy is going to work for the collective.

Which brings me to my Soulful Biz Archetypes (*happy dance*)
