Systems to Nurture Your Community

Communicating directly with your audience and developing a relationship in a consistent way is a MUST and to do this, you need a strategy and a system built to nurture your tribe.

Preferably one that helps you build that relationship in your sleep!

Unfortunately we don’t own the relationship we have with our clients on Facebook or Instagram. If these services were to shut down tomorrow, so would ALL our communication with our clients!

The ultimate goal is to cultivate and grow a genuine relationship with clients through your own email list – a connection that you own.

With a strategy and system in place, you can say goodbye to that feeling of ‘Eeeek! I haven’t emailed my list for 7 weeks. It’s too late now. I want to hide!’ to knowing your emails are automatically going out!

These automated emails are KEY to building rapport, demonstrating your passion, credibility and expertise and inviting potential clients to explore your products and services.

There are LOTS of different systems you can use to help you build your list and nurture your growing community. Each have varying ease of use, functions, templates, ability to segment your audience and integrations with other services such as Facebook, WordPress and PayPal (so you can get people on your list almost anywhere!)

Below is a quick summary that might help you narrow down based on your needs.

[P.S. All of the below allow for automation of your emails because well, that’s kind of my thang!]

  • ActiveCampaign: (My personal fave!) $12AU/mo for up to 500 subscribers, 14 day free trial and some of the fancy-schmanciest automated sequence fun around!

  • AWeber: $19US/mo for up to 500 subscribers, unlimited emails, 30 day free trial

  • Benchmark Email: $11.95US/mo for up to 600 subscribers, unlimited emails, offer a free monthly plan but that does not allow for automation

  • ConstantContact: $45US/mo for up to 500 subscribers, unlimited emails, offer a 60 day free trial

  • ConvertKit: $29US/mo for up to 1,000 subscribers, unlimited emails and automation rules, allows you to design landing pages for your opt-ins, no free trial but you can request a demo and they have a 30 day money back guarantee

  • GetResponse: $15US/mo for up to 1,000 subscribers, unlimited emails, offers 1 month free trial. More automation segmentation available in the higher plans

  • Infusionsoft: $99US/mo for up to 500 subscribers, no free trial but you can view demos

  • Mailchimp: Paid plans include extras such as deeper analytics and automation and are charged on a number of subscriber basis.

  • MailerLite: Their free plan includes the ability to set up a sequence 3 automated emails so could be a good way to get started.

  • Ontraport: $79US/mo for up to 1,000 subscribers and unlimited emails. This system is more of an end to end solution with the ability to create websites, create a membership product, track sales, create landing pages, CRM and ecommerce solutions. They offer 90-day money back guarantee

Hope that helps give you some insight into which ones to check out!
